Registration

To place an order, you must access www.feelingflower.com and purchase as a guest or register as a user on the website, by filling out the electronic form following the instructions at each step. After registration, the user can proceed to purchase their product(s).

Product availability

The items found on the website www.feelingflower.com are available for delivery, although there may occasionally be stock shortages or errors in the indicated stock.

Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, Flower Studio Molds will provide the customer with information about the availability of the requested items for shipping, as well as the total value of the order (total value means the sum of the value of all items and the shipping cost of the order). After receiving the total order value, the customer must make the payment using the selected method. To make a payment by bank transfer, the details are as follows:

The order is only considered valid after sending proof of payment.

Shipping and Delivery of the Order

After confirming item availability and respective payment, your order will be shipped within 3 days. 

The order is shipped and delivered by CTT, the service through which the order is delivered to the desired address by 7 PM on the next business day after the order was sent.

If the customer wishes to change the shipping address and the order is already in distribution with CTT, the shipping cost will be charged again.

The mentioned service has a specific price list based on the weight of the order.

Flower Studio Molds is not responsible for any delay in shipping and delivery of the order after it has been dispatched by CTT. 

After the bank transfer is made by the customer and subsequently confirmed by Flower Studio Molds, the order is shipped within 3 days, and the delivery time varies. Check delivery times according to your destination here.
