After payment confirmation, the order is dispatched within 3 working days, except in case of stockout.

In the event of a stockout, I will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time.

We ship via CTT and only by registered mail.

• Mainland Portugal, Mainland Spain – up to 3 working days, for seasonal periods such as Father's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, the delivery time is 5 working days. For the Christmas period, due to high demand, all orders that are not delivered on the first attempt will be automatically redirected to the nearest pickup point to your address.
