We have two types of moulds available in the shop: own-brand and conventional silicone moulds.
All our molds are suitable for epoxy resin, plaster, and candle crafts.
1. After receiving, we advise waiting 2 days before using the molds, for durability reasons, especially in hot weather. 2. For epoxy resin crafts, avoid using torches and lighters. We recommend using only Bye Bye Bubbles (available in store). 3. Store your molds individually and not stacked. 4. Clean with water and neutral soap or remove dirt with just adhesive tape.
Flower Studio's exclusive molds, if not available in stock for immediate dispatch, have a production time of 8 business days. For the remaining molds, the processing time is 3 business days.
All orders are sent via registered mail or express delivery by CTT. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number every time your order is dispatched.

The available payment methods are secure and varied. You can pay for your order using MBWay, Multibanco, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfer.
Before or after receiving our products, you have 14 days to communicate your intention to exchange or return them. To exchange or return, simply contact us via Email, Whatsapp, or Instagram. We will send you all the instructions to proceed with the process. The costs of exchange or return are borne by the buyer.
After reception at our premises and verification, we will resend within three days at most (excluding self-manufactured moulds, which may not be immediately available in stock).
After receiving your return at our premises, we will check if the molds are in the same condition as when shipped, unused and undamaged by the buyer. We will then refund the product value (excluding shipping costs) to the same payment method.
